Covid-19 cancelation policy

Direct Bookings
UK travellers covid: If you can’t travel due to government imposed travel restrictions in the area you live or our area is in lockdown you will be able to reschedule your travel dates (similar price season – or a small refund if rescheduled to a ‘lower’ season or a small add if rescheduled to a ‘higher’ season) or receive a full refund up until 14 days prior to arrival. If the government announces new restrictions within the 14 days prior to your arrival you will still be able to amend the booking to a later date.
International travellers covid: If your government has issued a negative travel advise for travelling to the UK or imposes a quarantine period after returning from the UK and vice versa you will be able to reschedule your travel dates (similar price season – or a small refund if rescheduled to a ‘lower’ season or a small add if rescheduled to a ‘higher’ season) or receive a full refund up until 14 days prior to arrival. If the government announces new restrictions within the 14 days prior to your arrival you will still be able to amend the booking to a later date.
General cancellation policy:

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. A deposit of 25% of the booking total is required. Full booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
