Booking Policy

Direct Bookings

Check in is possible on any day of the week except for Sundays. For our lodges we have a 3 night minimum stay except for Friday arrivals. On Friday you can also book a 2 night stay. For our tiny house Red Kite Hideaway 1 night and 2 night stays are available on all check in days. If you would like to arrive on Sunday or have a 2 night stay in one of our lodges with a different arrival day please don’t hesitate to contact us via [email protected]. We are happy to help and see if we can accommodate your request.

For every booking we request a £50 non-refundable deposit per lodge / tiny house booked. The balance must be paid at the latest 45 days prior to arrival. Dates can not be altered within 45 days of arrival. When booking online via our website you will be able to see our terms & conditions during the booking process, if you prefer to book via phone we will send you our terms & conditions to review prior to payment.

General cancellation policy:

If a booking is cancelled less than 45 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 45 or more days before arrival then a charge of £50 will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

We strongly advise that you take out a holiday insurance which will cover you in case you need to cancel your stay.
